The purchase was made directly through nutomo.com
3. Non-Refundable Items

Add-ons, upgrades, or one-time services
Purchases made through third-party platforms
Failure to use the product after purchase
Change of mind or lack of need
Termination of service due to violation of Terms of Service
4. Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, whether monthly or annually.
Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
5. Chargebacks &
Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Nutomo first may result in account suspension or termination.
Nutomo reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that violate this policy.
6. Affiliate-Related
Payment Purchase
Refunds or chargebacks will result in the reversal of any associated affiliate commission.
7. EU / UK Consumer
Rights
If you are based in the UK or EU, you may have statutory rights unless digital access has already been granted and waived.
