Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Affiliate Program Agreement”) is entered into between NUTOMO LTD (“Company”, “Nutomo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the affiliate applying to participate in the Affiliate Program (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”).
By applying to and participating in the Nutomo Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Definitions
Affiliate Program means the Nutomo affiliate program as described herein.
Affiliate Program means the Nutomo affiliate program as described herein.
Affiliate Registration Form means the registration form available on nutomo.com affiliates.
Commission means a commission of up to thirty-five percent (35%) of Net Sales generated from each eligible Customer Transaction referred through the Affiliate’s unique Affiliate Link, subject to approval and performance criteria.
Net Sales means gross revenue less taxes, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, and transaction fees.

Affiliate Acceptance
By submitting the Affiliate Registration Form, the Affiliate agrees to this Agreement. Nutomo reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Affiliate Obligations
Affiliates must promote Nutomo Products ethically, lawfully, and without misleading or deceptive practices.

Commis Structure
Affiliates may earn commissions of up to 35% of Net Sales from qualifying Customer Transactions. Commission rates are determined by Nutomo based on performance or promotional agreements.

Payouts
Payments are issued once a minimum balance of USD $100 is reached and are paid monthly via approved payment methods.

Tracking
Nutomo uses tracking technologies to attribute sales. Nutomo is not responsible for tracking failures beyond its control.

Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Earned commissions will be paid according to this Agreement.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws as determined by Nutomo.
